Hi there!

My obsession with graphic design began early, fueled by album covers crafted by design heroes like Paula Scher (and maybe a little MTV nostalgia). That creative spark took me from book publishing to designing packaging and UI for flagship products at Corel, a leading software company known for its graphic design and productivity tools, in Ottawa. Then I moved on to Rhode Island, where I learned to combine design with data analysis at an environmental consulting company.

Miami brought new adventures: designing for the medical simulation industry, where I discovered the world of mixed reality and delivered a baby using a maternal and neonatal birthing simulator. Who knew product design could lead to hands-on heroics?

Outside the design world, I’m always on the move. I love travelling, painting, pottery, and beekeeping. Yes, I keep bees—because organizing thousands of tiny, buzzing workers somehow feels refreshingly familiar after a day of collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Today, as a Sr. Experience Designer at Verizon’s Value Organization, I’m busy translating user insights into delightful digital experiences, mentoring teammates, and championing affordable connectivity to help everyone get online. Making tech more accessible, with a dash of creativity and a good cup of coffee at my side? That’s my kind of project.

Here I am presenting to a UX/UI cohort at Brain Station about my career journey and the rewarding work of digital product design.
